4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Verify completeness before submission

  • Communicate revisions within provided timelines

Patent Sketch Solutions is not liable for filing rejections due to missing invention details.

5. Revisions and Delivery

Minor revisions to existing figures are provided subject to our revision policy. Any major changes, redesigns, or updated references may incur additional charges.

Turnaround times may vary based on complexity, workload, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

All drawings created by Patent Sketch Solutions become the property of the client once full payment is received. We do not claim ownership of any invention-related content.

All pricing is shared prior to project initiation. Payments are non-refundable once design work has begun. Late payments may delay delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

Patent Sketch Solutions is not responsible for:​

  • Legal outcomes of submissions

  • Losses resulting from filing delays or errors beyond our control

We provide drawing support, not legal representation.
