Terms and Conditions of our Patent Drawing Services
Confidentiality Agreement (NDA): All information, drawings, designs, and documents shared by the client are treated as strictly confidential. Patent Sketch Solutions guarantees that no information will be disclosed to third parties without the client’s explicit written consent.
Intellectual Property Rights: The client retains full ownership of their intellectual property. Patent Sketch Solutions acts as a service provider, and no ownership rights are claimed over the materials shared or the final deliverables.
Accuracy of Input: The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete input, including sketches, notes, or references. Patent Sketch Solutions ensures that the deliverables align with the provided specifications. Revisions and Corrections: Minor revisions are included in the service fee, provided they are within the original scope of the project. Additional revisions or changes to the scope may incur extra charges.
Delivery Timeline: Deadlines for delivery are mutually agreed upon prior to order confirmation. Any delays caused by incomplete input or additional revisions may impact the timeline.
Payment Terms: Payments must be made as agreed upon in the order confirmation. Orders will commence only after receipt of payment as per the agreed terms.
Acknowledgment of Policies: By placing an order with Patent Sketch Solutions, the client agrees to abide by the above policies, including the Confidentiality Agreement (NDA). Policy Amendments: Patent Sketch Solutions reserves the right to modify this policy as necessary. Any updates will be communicated to clients before implementation.
Customer Declaration: Before proceeding with their order, customers are required to confirm the following:
Declaration of Agreement: “I confirm that I have read and agree to the Customer Agreement & Non-Disclosure Policy provided by Patent Sketch Solutions. I understand and accept these terms in full.”
